Opera Phenix High Content System

Part number: HH14000000

Overview

The Opera Phenix high content system combines innovative optical path design, while meeting the imaging needs of rich cell phenotype information and ultra sensitive confocal imaging. It also provides ultra high-throughput color free synchronous multi-channel imaging.

Speed and sensitivity - both at the same time

Synchrony ™ The optical path combines Nipkow disc confocal technology with lens disc enhancement and crosstalk free multi-color synchronous excitation emission separation scanning imaging technology - while meeting the requirements of speed and sensitivity.

  • Simultaneously configure up to four sCMOS cameras for multi-color synchronous scanning, helping you quickly capture high-quality images.
  • Specially customized high numerical aperture water medium lenses can collect more light signals while providing higher image resolution
  • Larger imaging field of view - providing real-time online flat field correction for large field imaging
  • The sCMOS image acquisition sensor provides low background noise, wide dynamic range, and high-resolution signal detection - providing good imaging quality for high-sensitivity and quantitative detection in short exposure experiments
  • The lens type rotating disc confocal provides optimized confocal pinhole spacing, greatly reducing the inter hole crosstalk of traditional single disc technology for non focal planes of thick samples, and providing better imaging depth for samples such as microstructures.
  • The lens type rotating disc confocal optical path and well synchronized control technology optimized camera and laser excitation bring lower phototoxicity and light quenching for live cell experimental detection
  • Wide field imaging and confocal imaging modes that can be freely converted according to experimental requirements
  • Ultra fast infrared laser autofocus provides clear confocal images for each field of view
  • Modular selection that can be flexibly configured according to the application - single camera, dual camera, or quad camera imaging, as well as multi line solid-state lasers can be selected

With Opera Phenix High Content System, you can quickly complete high-resolution four-color synchronized image acquisition.

A user-friendly and powerful Harmony software - integrated and meticulous collection and data analysis

  • The interactive user interface can guide you to quickly complete the entire process from imaging to image analysis to data evaluation.
  • The callable image acquisition channel and parameter setting scheme can help you start image acquisition in the first time
  • Pre designed application-oriented image analysis solution helps you start image analysis with just one click and generate experimental data
  • The flexible image analysis module can help you stack functional blocks, allowing beginners to easily create, modify, and define high content analysis modules in the first place.
  • Advanced image analysis features such as texture analysis and STAR morphology analysis can assist you in conducting fine cell morphology analysis with multiple parameters and finding more reliable screening indicators to establish your screening model
  • Highly automated image management and analysis data storage, convenient experimental design, equipment, acquisition conditions, as well as user set keywords and notes settings and retrieval.
